ABOUT MICHAEL

Raised in a “real estate family” in Welland, Ontario, Michael Davis is fully bilingual in both English and French and graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor’s Degree. While pursuing his studies, Michael was able to gain unparalleled experience when it comes to real estate. At the age of 24, he purchased his first home. One year later he acquired an investment property resulting in the management of four residential units. He then decided to undertake land development by severing property with the city and building a home. Michael began his real estate career with Remax Welland bringing with him extensive experience in resale, property management, multi-family units, land development and new builds.

A Niagara Region resident since 1988, Michael is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys bringing his dogs to the dog park, tasting a good local wine and showing his clients the best that the Niagara Region has to offer.
